In partnership with a number of primary schools across the Bolton area (BL1, BL2, BL4, BL5, BL6, BL7), Teaching Personnel are seeking to recruit a psychology/education/sports/core subject graduate and/or aspiring teacher to support the academic and personal development of their pupils.
This role includes:
1. Providing general classroom support, as well as working in small groups/on a 1:1 basis dependent on the schools’ requirements
2. Providing consistent support to the Class Teacher throughout the day
3. Monitoring the pupils’ progress and providing feedback
4. Upholding the schools’ ethos and core values and implementing relevant policies in relation to behaviour management
5. Helping to create a positive and engaging work environment
6. Collaborating effectively with other members of staff within school
The pay for this role is £13.75-£14.50 per hour.
The working hours are (typically) Monday-Friday 08:30-15:30.
