Due to recent significant growth they are looking to recruit a Customer Success Executive to help support the sales team and customers as the business continues to grow. About The Role This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to gain experience, learn new skills and grow within a start-up environment as the company accelerate growth over the next 12 months. This is a front facing, customer service role, so excellent communication and proactivity are key to your success. Most interactions will be over video and phone calls, although you will be required to travel around the UK to attend meetings and lead training sessions with customers. You will need to be comfortable working with data. More than anything, you’ll need to be enthusiastic, innovative and keen to get stuck in.
