Job Description
This is a newly created role for a young business that is now going through a growth spurt. They provide engineering services to commercial organisations and have just landed several longer-term projects. Up until now, there has been a complete reliance on external HR consultants, but they are now looking for their first full-time HR person.
To start, the role will be dealing with all the HR coordination for:
1. Recruitment
2. Onboarding
3. Probation processes
4. Employee Relations
5. Exit interviews
If you're looking for a role where you can have full ownership, grow with the company, and shape the HR function to add value to the organisation, then this role will be of interest. The team is also in growth mode, where they are all learning as the company transitions from a small to a medium-sized organisation. They are informal in their approach but are all locked into what the journey is.
It will be 5 days in the office. Salary is between £28k - £35k.
A 2-stage interview process: A Teams call, followed by a face-to-face interview.
