Responsibilities : Recruiting a team to join our strong branch network in the North / North East of England Operating as a Snr Recruiter, you will manage and develop your own client portfolio. Establish innovative ways to build the brand and improve the service offered. Managing the relationships and expectations of customers. Ensure accurate and timely reporting and ongoing analysis of KPIs/team 121’s. Overall responsibility for management and implementation of projects. Undertake, lead and support in the business development, onboarding new clients. Attendance of regular client meetings with updates and forecast plans. Develop long term plans, sets goals, determines priorities & identifies risks and opportunities. Consistently promote the company vision both internally and externally. Full management and understand of the payroll processes and procedures for temporary labour. You will be target focused with strong team leading/management experience within the recruitment sector. Do you have experience looking after a team of recruiters and wanting to join a fast-growing company with heaps of benefits on offer? Qualifications : Experience of working within recruitment for a minimum of 2 years, having run a successful desk billing in excess of £250k per annum. Recruitment experience ideally gained within Facilities management, engineering, energy, industrial, property, trades & labour, commercial or other technical sectors. Able to demonstrate a track record of success within the recruitment agency environment. Lead, managed and motivated a team of recruiters/resourcers. Able to work under pressure and achieve deadlines/targets. Experience of recruitment databases and engaging talent via social media. Self Motivated and driven. Pay range and compensation package : Competitive basic salary c£35,000 - £40,000. Commission scheme - uncapped. Flexible benefit options. Regular social activities. Flexible working – Hybrid model.
