This role is ideal for a fully qualified technician with extensive experience working with major automotive brands. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates. Position Details: Job Title: Master Technician Industry: Automotive Employment Type: Full-time Location: Essex, United Kingdom Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm Overtime opportunities may be available Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, inspect, and identify vehicle faults Complete all necessary documentation accurately Refer to professional manuals and publications when required Test vehicle parts and systems to ensure functionality Perform all repairs to a high standard Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment Comply with all Health and Safety regulations Requirements At least 5 years of relevant experience Formal qualification as a Master Technician (e.g., IMI Level 4) Experience with a major automotive brand dealership is preferred Strong knowledge of diesel, petrol, and hybrid engines Valid UK driving license or international driving permit (conversion assistance available if needed) A strong team player with leadership qualities Ability to mentor junior technicians and command respect Note: Candidates applying from outside the UK must be eligible to meet the Skilled Worker Visa requirements as outlined by the UK Home Office.
