We are dedicated to shaping the future of cash services and driving innovation through our R&D arm, NoteMachine Technologies. We are seeking a Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement Analyst to lead operational transformation and process optimization across the business.
Role Overview: As a Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, analysing, and implementing process improvements across multiple departments. You will apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Transformation: Lead and support projects to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Lean and Six Sigma Methodologies: Use Lean/Kaizen and Six Sigma principles to improve processes and facilitate training sessions.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather and analyze data to monitor KPIs, prepare detailed reports for senior management, and identify trends for improvement.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and solve process issues.
* Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, sharing best practices and staying updated on industry trends.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in operational transformation and process improvement.
* Lean and Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the ATM or cash management industry.
* Advanced certification in Lean and Six Sigma (Black Belt or Master Black Belt).
