We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Building Services design team in Maidenhead or London. You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary department providing detailed Building Services designs for buildings related projects in the UK and overseas. This role can be worked flexibly with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office/on site and the option of adjusted start and finish times.

What does the role involve?
As a Senior Electrical Engineer you'll work closely with other experienced electrical and mechanical engineers along with colleagues in other disciplines from across the wider Building Services Business Unit in the UK to deliver projects by:
Undertaking outline and detailed designs and specifications for electrical works.
Providing day to day technical input as part of a team of engineers and technicians.
Ensuring design output is completed in accordance with the agreed scope of works, timescales and budgets.
Working in close collaboration with colleagues from other disciplines as required to deliver project requirements and added value to the Client.
Attending design and site meetings.
To be successful in this role you’ll possess:
A degree in Building Services Engineering (or equivalent) and chartered status (or be working towards achieving chartered status) with a relevant professional institution.
A good working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Clash Detection and Amtech.
Demonstrable experience in a similar role with strong project management skills.
The ability to manage a variety of projects meeting varying deadlines.
Strong problem solving skills working alongside architects and contractors to consider problems and come up with innovative solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your style to your audience.
Up to date knowledge of the UK construction market.
