Madisons Recruitment are looking for a Finance Administrator on a permanent basis located in Horndean.
Our client is ideally seeking someone to work on a part-time basis, 3 days per week (07.30am-430pm).
Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee administrative tasks to support construction projects.
* Utilise Xero for financial management, including reconciliation, reporting and invoicing.
* Assist in the communication and coordination with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
* Support the team in delivering projects to the highest standard, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
* Proven experience with CIS and Xero.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills/abilities.
* Strong attention to detail whilst maintaining accuracy.
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to upholding the company’s values of integrity and excellence.
