This is a global HR Business Partner role and you will partner with Leaders in the Go To Market organisation in EMEA. The role will provide strategic partnership and effective support in a manner that is consistent with local laws and best practices. You will be instrumental in driving HR strategies and initiatives that align with critical business priorities and enhance business performance What you'll do Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to EMEA GTM Leaders Collaborate with GTM leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive engagement and performance across the teams. Lead change management initiatives critical to GTM strategies. Drive culture-building initiatives that align with GTM's strategic vision and enhance cross-functional collaboration. Partner closely with the global HRBP team to align on company-wide strategies, key priorities, and processes. Partner with our People Team COE’s, FP&A partners, and other parts of the organisation to lead, develop and deliver strategic HR initiatives that include: organisational design, talent management, employee relations, compensation, culture, diversity, talent development, and performance management to provide creative strategies and solutions for the business. Proactively partner with our Talent Acquisition team to share information and develop successful recruiting strategies. Lead and / or serve on special HR assigned project teams and business unit committees. Adhere to and / or set new standards / upleveling of standard practices and methodologies. and performance. Utilize HR data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and provide insights on workforce trends affecting GTM performance. Recommends, develops, and delivers on plans to improve employee experiences, including engagement, DEI, retention Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures within the GTM function, ensuring compliance and best practices. Manage complex employee relations issues to resolution This role requires Progressive experience in HR Experience supporting a GTM org. Experience supporting EMEA and strong knowledge of supporting employees and leaders in multiple countries. Experience and exposure to a variety of HR facets including organisation development, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning & development and compensation. Excellent consulting and conflict management skills and ability to coach and influence leaders at various levels. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing regional challenges and complex regional projects while working across multiple geographies with HRBPs, COEs and Finance partners. This role will be a hybrid role and therefore requires you to have access to our London office.
