We're looking for a full-time member of staff in our kitchen. Position is dependent on experience. Anything from a Commis to Chef De Partie available - we're growing our team that can allow space for any level of position.
We are known for our locally sourced (and therefore seasonal), fresh and homemade dishes. We take British comfort food and elevate it, from breakfast to dinner service. We firmly believe our staff should have a work/life balance - which is rare in this industry. Our team comes first, ALWAYS. Overtime is welcome - but there's no 60-hour weeks or unpaid overtime in sight at Marleys.
Experience preferred but not necessary (you'll be trained by and working closely with the Owner/Exec Chef) but a love for Hospitality and/or cooking is very much needed, as well as a kind nature.
You need to be able to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving, very busy environment with our close-knit kitchen team.
