Role Overview
As the Senior Executive Assistant (EA) to Carnival UK’s President (CEO), you will provide proactive support, requiring strong judgment in diverse situations and excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Diary and email management
2. Manage multiple priorities independently from start to finish
3. Handle various activities and confidential matters with discretion
4. Drafting communication content
5. Preparing presentations and reports
6. Coordinating and sending meeting agendas
7. Notetaking and arranging inductions for new starters
8. Event organization and general administrative duties
9. Collaborate with other EAs, PAs, and colleagues across the organization
This role is classified as CUK11 and is available on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract basis, starting mid-March 2025. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
