Hays Client Manager Southend-on-Sea

Working within our Enterprise Solutions division, the Client Manager will be responsible for service delivery of a large-scale total talent management program for this long-standing, high profile and successful customer partnership. You will report directly into the Account Director.
Based in Southend, you will lead a well-established team responsible for end-to-end vacancy management, sourcing, supply chain management and compliance, and lead on key relationships within the customers’ HR, Talent and hiring manager communities. We are seeking a pro-active account manager who will lead by example and thrive in a role where multitasking is essential.
This unique position requires someone who is not only a strong leader but also analytical, data driven, and displays strong customer centric behaviours.
