The team can also support those who have mental health needs and behaviours that may challenge. The Role: The applicant will be a HCPC registered Clinical/Forensic/Counselling Psychologist with a keen interest in working with people with complex mental health needs, and the ability to engage them positively. This post is suitable for a candidate who appreciates variety and a certain degree of autonomy. Reporting directly to the Consultant Psychologist, the successful candidate will work within a multi-disciplinary team, will manage a small caseload at Bostall House and will also play a role in training, supervision and service development. The post holder will apply skills and expertise in clinical and risk assessments, collaboratively develop formulations and care plans, facilitate group and individual psychological assessments.
