About The Role: Days of Working: Monday to Friday As a Chef Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of kitchen services and maintain high hygiene standards. You will manage the kitchen team, monitor food quality, and ensure all meals are fresh, appetising, and meet customer requirements. You will also manage budgets, comply with Health and Safety regulations, and develop staff to maintain high standards. As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Ensure the smooth running of kitchen services and maintain hygiene standards To manage and monitor the operation of the Contract by Contract Specification and Company Policy Ensure that all food offered is fresh, appetising, nutritionally balanced, and in line with customer requirements and company specifications To effectively manage within budgetary constraints and conform to client/company specifications Ensure that Health and Safety regulations and food safety standards are complied with.
