Actively work with Business Line Manager to grow sales in various Industrial and Consumer service areas, such as ITE, consumer goods, machinery, SEMI, lighting and laboratory equipment. Manage a team of highly proficient Sales Executives, develop sales strategies for your applicable region, conduct interactions for potential sales opportunities, identification of valid leads, follow-up and coordination with sales management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Expand Sales Territory customer base and orders in line with assigned targets.
2. Work to streamline sales processes and workflow.
3. Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
4. Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
5. Present products to prospective clients.
6. Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customers’ dedication.
7. Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data in CRM.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
1. Demonstrated ability in managing phone, email, and website inquiries.
2. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Familiarity with CRM systems.
4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
5. Ability to multi-task and handle deadlines.
6. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
1. Proven experience as an Account Executive/sales role.
2. Experience in product safety compliance services, minimum 3-5 years.
3. Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
4. Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
5. Organizational and time management skills.
