What you’ll be doing As the Head of Sales UK & IRL, you will lead a high-performing sales team to drive SaaS revenue growth, focusing on new business acquisition and strengthening client relationships.
You’ll oversee regional revenue goals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape the company’s growth strategy through strategic leadership and team development.
Your day to day might look a little like this: Lead, coach, and develop a team of five sales professionals to achieve performance and revenue target Own regional revenue goals, ensuring consistent delivery and identifying growth opportunities through market analysis Drive initiatives to secure new business and build a robust sales pipeline by nurturing client relationships.
Support Key Account Managers in strengthening client relationships and delivering tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction Align sales strategies with marketing, product, and customer success teams, providing market insights to inform business strategies A bit about you Ideally, you’ll be based in the UK.
The ideal candidate is a natural leader with proven experience managing a SaaS sales team accompanied by a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
