Main Purpose of Job :
The Market Strategy and Planning Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic commercial policies to drive business growth and enhance market positioning. This role is responsible for ensuring that the right product, is in the right pack, for right occasion to the right customer at the right price.

. Market Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform brand portfolio pricing strategies.
Strategic Planning:
Develop Pack Price Architecture: Right format, pack, price for the purchase occasion and shopper mission
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of these initiatives.
Establish a pay for performance business policy and executional mindset
Owner of the S&OP planning process cycle
Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment on market strategies.
Lead cross-functional projects to implement commercial campaigns and initiatives.
Mix management:
Identify the optimum sku and channel segmentation
