The Opportunity
Join us as a Customer Services Operative, a dynamic role where exceptional customer service meets operational expertise. Your primary focus will be delivering outstanding support to our customers, ensuring their experience is seamless and positive, working Monday to Saturday with some additional weekend work on top occasionally. From handling inquiries to resolving issues, you’ll be the friendly and knowledgeable face of our operations. With plant operations as an additional task, this role offers variety and the chance to develop diverse skills.
* Engage with customers across multiple channels, answering inquiries and providing tailored advice to meet their needs.
* Take ownership of resolving customer issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
* Identify opportunities to upsell services or products, using customer interactions to recommend solutions that add value.
* Handle and process customer orders with precision, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards.
* Provide occasional support in plant operations, including monitoring equipment, maintaining safety protocols, and assisting with loading and unloading tasks.
