I am looking for an experienced Repairs Admin to join a well established council on a contracted basis.
As a Repairs Admin, you'll have:
1. A housing background
2. Strong admin and organisation skills
3. Excellent communication skills amongst different lines
4. Experience in similar roles, such as: repairs planner, scheduler, works coordinator
Location: NN14
Contract Duration: 6 Month Contract
Salary: £15 - £17 per hour
Your responsibilities:
1. Scheduling stock condition surveys
2. Liaising with customers to organise repairs
3. Making sure that the data collected is accurate and up to date in systems
