As a Customer Service & Support team member, you will be responsible for managing online support and communication channels for Vail Resorts Australia guests, resolving enquiries related to Epic Australia Pass products and services, as well as Australian resort-specific product offerings. You will be an excellent source of general and resort information and will quickly develop the ability to match guests with the product or service that best suits their needs, provide purchase assistance, resolve guest issues, and work directly with internal departments and other team members to respond to guest enquiries with accurate, timely, and quality information.
In a typical day in this role, you might:
* Respond to guest enquiries via our communication channels – email, phone, and Live Chat
* Liaise with the Resort Guest Services team via our in-house communication channels to resolve guest issues that occur in resort
* Escalate and manage urgent guest issues and enquiries through to resolution with the support of department leaders
* When required, liaise with departments across all aspects of the business to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
* Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
* A sound working knowledge of computer systems and processes
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
* The ability to use initiative and provide exceptional customer service

Employment start and finish dates will vary depending on the role and snow conditions, but most Customer Service and Support roles will start in March or April and finish in October.
