What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate that they:
• Have recent experience of working with primary school aged children.
• Can build strong professional relationships with colleagues and children.
• Can deliver group interventions in Phonics, Maths and English to improve learning.
• Are able to work under the guidance of the class teacher but can use their own initiative.
• Are organised and able to provide feedback to assist planning.
• Have some knowledge of the curriculum and can bring creativity to the role.
• Are patient, calm and have a good sense of humour.
• Have a commitment to supporting all children to reach their potential.
• Will be committed to the role, our values, our team and the Trust.
• Are equipped to support children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) as part of a team around a child.
