Senior Film & Motion Director Insight Strategy Imagination is at the core of the Yonder offer. In a nutshell: We’re looking for a talented film and motion creative who is not only great at the technical and craft stuff but can also generate exciting creative concepts and see them through to completion, liaising with clients and, when necessary, managing other creatives to deliver world class work. You have a keen eye for detail and a strong background in branding and graphic design. You’ll report our Associate Creative Director in the motion team, and will work alongside our team of designers, motion designers, copywriters and strategists across London, New York, and Asia. Your skills and experience: You’ll be experienced in film and motion art direction, and ideally already in a senior position elsewhere. You’ll have strong conceptual skills and a knack for creative story telling. Expertise in video editing and motion graphics. You use 2D&3D approaches to communicate a brand idea, concept, or story. Knowledge of 3D software is a nice to have ( Cinema4d, blender, Maya). Your portfolio will showcase both your conceptual and technical abilities and a demonstrate an ability to flex your style across a number of sectors. You’ve got a strong background in branding and understand graphic design principles. The role: As a Senior in our creative team, you’ll be expected to lead motion and film workstreams on small and mid-scale projects and support our ACD on larger ones. You’ll get stuck in, not just with the creatives, but with our strategists and researchers, knowing that great insight and killer strategy makes better creative. You’ll also be a leader, mentoring and sharing your skills to help juniors learn and advance. You’ll be an advocate for great creative, but also be commercially savvy. Ensuring projects are properly scoped and costed, and then run on time and to budget. Our HQ is in London, and you’ll need to be able to make it in at least 3 days a week.
