You will provide financial support to the regional team. You will oversee recruitment by delegated recruitment of Band A and B staff members. You will assist in the statistical recording and analysis of a variety of information when necessary. You will be responsible for ensuring that action is taken to assist with meeting the HES 10-day payment target. You will act as the Health and Safety representative for the office. You will organise and attend regular admin team meetings and arrange meeting management for all other regional meetings as required. You will act as our information storage Document Centre Super User and be the Information Asset Administrator for the region. You will ensure that best practice is adopted by the admin team, and that a good quality service delivery is achieved.
