About the Role
Love all things motoring and cycling? Great with customers? Your enthusiasm for cars and bikes, combined with your customer service skills, can lead you to success in this role. Experience in fitting car parts and cycle repair is preferred, but we provide training to help you develop these skills. You will deliver market-leading standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work on customers’ vehicles in our car park and on bikes in-store.
2. Provide fitting services including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building, and cycle servicing.
3. Develop practical problem-solving skills and work efficiently.
4. Possibly tailor your approach in a customer-focused sales environment.

Candidate Requirements
To succeed, you should have:
* Experience delivering excellent customer service, ideally in retail
* A proactive approach to customer needs
* Availability to work on a rota, including weekends
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of car parts fitting and cycle repair
* Experience working towards sales targets
