Job Role - HR Systems Project Manager
Contract Type - 7 Month Fixed Term Contract Salary - £47, (Pro-Rata) + Benefits Location - Birmingham (Minimum 1 Office Day Per Week)
You will be joining a leading non-for-profit organisation that are on a mission to help the UK manage their money and tackle their debts. Offering training and consultancy alongside a national debt line, they support a range of stakeholders including individuals, the self employed and small businesses across the UK stay on top of their finances.
You will have the opportunity to spearhead from start to finish, the implementation of a new HR system, integrating modules including Core HR and Onboarding.
You will be key in the design, configuration and testing of processes, taking the lead in the implementation, and showcasing methods and results.
With a background in HR Systems and implantations, you will have a proven record in project management skills, alongside a strong understanding of HR processes.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
5. Proven technical expertise in HR technology implementation, configuration and data management.
6. Experience with IRIS Cascade HR preferable.
7. Proven project management skills in system implementation.
8. Excellent MS Office Skills.
9. Sound knowledge of HR policy, processes and procedures and how they adapt to workflows to systems.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
11. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
12. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
