German Speaking Customer Service Adviser
Location: Walsall, Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary: £26,000 per annum

A well-established manufacturer offering customised solutions to clients on a global scale.
Main Duties:
1. Provide outstanding service to customers together with processing orders, providing quotations and office administration.
2. Respond to customers via email or phone.
3. Offer before and after sales support to customers.
4. Create quotes, negotiate prices and follow up.
5. Order processing which includes collecting info on tooling, materials, shipping, invoicing and stock availability.
6. Support and liaise with all internal teams.
7. Translations and department support for German speaking customers.
8. Coordinate returns and repairs.
9. Other administrative duties as required.
The Candidate:
1. Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential.
2. Customer service experience essential.
3. Experience working within a technical or manufacturing environment preferred.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Dynamic, confident and able to work in a busy environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
