Job Description
This role is for a truly exciting start-up business, in a ground breaking industry - the first of it's kind in the UK.
As HR Manager, working from a blank sheet of paper, you will set up a robust, fully functioning HR Department.
The HR Manager will:
* Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and hiring of new employees.
* Support performance management processes, including conducting appraisals and providing feedback to ensure ongoing development and productivity.
* Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking and performance-based incentives.
* Oversee employee benefits packages and ensure they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
* Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with changing legal requirements.
* Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to maintain high morale and retention rates.
* Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs to enhance skills and improve performance.
The HR Manager will have:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CIPD certification is highly desirable.
