Page Personnel are exclusively recruiting for an experienced Payroll Manager on behalf of a well-established, global organisation.
This role will operate from their head office site in Didsbury, Manchester and the successful applicant will play a key role in managing and processing payroll functions.

Description
The key responsibilities of a Payroll Manager will include:
* Managing the payroll function across 4 countries.
* Processing payroll ensuring that employee salaries, benefits, overtime, and deductions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
* Maintaining employee records and ensuring financial confidentiality.
* Generating reports: Create and share reports on payroll activity, especially for new hires and terminations.
* Complying with regulations: Ensure that payroll practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as working hours and minimum wage.
* Resolving payroll errors.
* Pension management: ensuring the accuracy of pension deductions and payment reconciliations.
* Monitoring promotions, transfers, and terminations.
* Completing all payroll journal entries at the end of each payroll period.
Profile
The Successful Payroll Manager should have:
* Strong experience working as an In-house Payroll Manager.
* Implementation and process improvement knowledge.
* Extensive knowledge of payroll software and MS Office.
* Previous background in an accounts-based role (Desirable).
* Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
* Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation.
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Job Offer
* Salary of £45,000 - £50,000 can be slightly negotiable based on experience.
