Salary: £45,000- £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are now seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to lead our operations and help us continue to thrive and lead.
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our surgery. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, managing staff, and enhancing patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Managing practice finances, budgets, and NHS contracts
2. Leading and supporting our team of clinical and administrative staff
3. Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and healthcare regulations
4. Driving improvements in patient services and practice efficiency
5. Liaising with external partners, including the NHS
6. Maintaining and building strong relationships with Primary Care Networks (PCNs)
Person Specification:
1. Proven experience in healthcare management (GP practice experience preferred)
2. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
3. Knowledge of NHS systems, funding, and compliance requirements
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
5. IT proficiency (experience with EMIS or similar systems)
6. Ability to motivate, manage, coach, train, deliver performance
7. Effective time management
8. Excellent leadership
9. Problem-solving/analytical skills
