DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Configure insurance systems. Provide training, testing, and implementation support. Identify and document system enhancements. Ensure adherence to established project delivery methodologies and processes. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Experience in the insurance sector (e.g., insurer, MGA, broker, or insurance technology company). Familiarity with insurance systems and processes. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of XML Devops, Sharepoint and PowerBI experience is desirable.
