An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regulatory Partner to join this leading commercial law firm in Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities
1. The regulatory team covers all types of matters including but not limited to health and safety regulations, environmental matters, and data protection issues.
2. The successful Regulatory Partner will provide advice on all of the above matters and more to a varied client base.
3. Manage your own caseload of matters and handle the day-to-day responsibilities that come with partnership status.
4. Gain exposure to licensing work, health and safety matters, environmental and trade matters, as well as inquests.
5. Develop a proven network of contacts who can instruct you on future matters.
Ideal Candidate
Ideal Regulatory Partners will have some experience dealing with licensing issues, product liability, and inquests. You will be a highly driven and focused individual with an excellent track record of winning work and business development.
