Swift placements are currently working with a client based in Bradford who are looking to recruit for an experienced Administrator to work on a full-time permanent basis.

Duties include:
* To answer incoming calls from customers and assist with enquiries
* Placing customer orders through the system
* Logging fault breakdowns and booking and engineer to go to site
* Contacting business customers with updates
* Logging all jobs and customer orders on to the system
* Electronic filling and some scanning
* Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing compliance checklists and tracking the status of ongoing transactions.
Experience you must have:
* Previous administration experience is a must
* You must be fully computer literate and be able to use, excel, outlook, database & email
* Accuracy and attention to detail is essential as many tasks are required to be completed
* Excellent customer service skills
Working hours are Monday to Thursday: 08:45am -17:30am Friday: 08:45am- 17:00pm
Annual salary £25,200 per annum dependent on experience.
