Responsibilities include: Assist in organising and preparing case files, including drafting documents, compiling evidence, and managing court bundles. Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling queries, updating them on case progress, and ensuring their needs are addressed professionally. Conduct thorough research on relevant case law, statutes, and regulations related to child protection, family law, and guardianship. Prepare correspondence, statements, and legal forms, including care plans, position statements, and applications. Assist with court-related tasks, including scheduling hearings, filing documents, and liaising with court officials. Collaborate with local authorities, Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (Cafcass), and other agencies involved in guardianship cases. Review, organize, and maintain sensitive case materials, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
