About the Role
As Head of Growth you will lead our growth from £5M to £10M in annual revenue over the next two years. You’ll set and execute a growth strategy, working closely with the CEO.
You’ll oversee our digital advertising efforts and guide the company through product expansion and international launches. Additionally, you’ll build and lead a team, growing it from two to six people over the next two years.
This role is perfect for an expert digital marketer with management experience who is ready to step up into a challenging, entrepreneurial and rewarding leadership position.

Requirements
Your Responsibilities
* Own strategy and the digital marketing plan: Work with the executive team to develop a growth roadmap, and create and execute a clear plan for customer acquisition and retention.
* Optimise acquisition channels and website: Directly or through an agency, optimise Meta, Google, and other advertising channels.
* Deliver world-class ad briefs: Set and manage processes for customer research, briefing, and creative testing, working closely with the creative strategist, brand team, and freelancers/agencies.
* Build an outstanding team: Recruit, lead, mentor, and manage a small team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
* Execute campaigns: Run campaigns around new product launches and seasonal events in collaboration with the product team and Head of Content.
* Make the most of our data: Analyse performance data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing outcomes.
* Report and forecast: Share growth performance insights and recommendations with the executive team.

About You
* 7+ years experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth in a B2C startup or scale-up.
* Managed a marketing budget of over £500k/year.
* Experience building a creative brand and producing content you’re proud to share.
* Direct experience growing a social-first brand and creating impactful content briefs.
* Expertise in managing paid advertising channels.
* Strong focus on creative ideation and testing.
* Experience managing in-house teams and working with external agencies/contractors.
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Proactive, hands-on problem-solver with a collaborative mindset.
