Key responsibilities Architect and maintain a robust Geographic Information System (GIS) in line with statutory, ICT and data management standards. Serve as the authoritative figure for GIS data governance, managing all aspects of internal and external GIS-related system integrations. To lead on the design, creation and maintenance of appropriate GIS intranet and internet-based GIS applications used by staff, public and partner organisations. Create maps and visual representations with georeferencing, digitising and data entry.
