Job Description
* Prepare and revise legal documents
* Manage the diaries/inboxes and arrange meetings
* Handle incoming communications and liaise with clients
* Manage client files and maintain their confidentiality
* Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations
* Conduct research when required
* Organise travel arrangements for lawyers
* Perform general administrative tasks to a high level
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Personal Assistant should have:
* A established track record providing administrative support within a legal environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience in a similar role within the professional services industry
