Children's Registered Manager Our client is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead the setup and operation of a new OFSTED-registered children's home. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of care, drive compliance with Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, and foster strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead the OFSTED registration process and ensure full compliance with regulations. Oversee day-to-day operations and work towards achieving at least a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ OFSTED rating. Manage budgets, resources, and care plans to maintain high-quality service delivery. Build relationships with local authorities, social workers, and healthcare professionals to facilitate placements. Recruit, train, and lead a team of care professionals, ensuring a high-performance culture. Candidate Requirements: Must have Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) 3 years of experience managing an OFSTED-registered children's home Strong understanding of OFSTED regulations and Quality Standards Proven ability to lead a team and drive high care standards Background in safeguarding, compliance, and networking with local authorities
