Your Mission
Engineering Scope Lead – New Project Development ️
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused engineering professional to take the lead in defining the technical scope for an exciting new project! If you have experience in scoping engineering requirements, coordinating multi-disciplinary inputs, and supporting procurement activities, this could be the perfect role for you.
About the Role
As an Engineering Scope Lead, you will be responsible for scoping out engineering requirements for a new project, ensuring technical accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with project objectives. You will work closely with specialists across engineering, quality, project controls, and commercial teams to define a clear and comprehensive project scope.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Define and document engineering requirements for the new project
✅ Work with technical specialists to develop a detailed project scope
✅ Coordinate and review inputs from engineering, quality, and procurement teams
✅ Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with project objectives
✅ Chair meetings to facilitate scope development and stakeholder alignment
✅ Capture Lessons Learned (LfE) from previous projects for continuous improvement
✅ Support procurement teams in supplier engagement and requirement validation
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in engineering project scoping and technical documentation
Ability to coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of engineering design, procurement, and project planning
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
