Where You Would Work: Portadown Bespoke Service Due to ongoing expansion of this service, we have vacancies available. Portadown Bespoke Services is a service which provides person centred support to young adults with complex needs associated with learning disabilities. The individuals may also have autism, and/or mental ill health, and engage in behaviours of concern. Each successful applicant will work as part of a dedicated team to provide a consistently high quality support service within a caring environment. Through a key worker system and use of advanced positive behaviour methodologies, employees will have the opportunity to develop individual programmes of support for the individuals in our services. You will be champions in the positive behaviour support approach, and Praxis Care will support you to attain competence through formal qualifications and experience.
