DCT Recruitment are currently looking a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our client team in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience, ideally within a training or compliance-focused environment. The role is key to ensuring the smooth running of our training operations and supporting quality assurance processes.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in administrative coordination
Familiarity with training administration, awarding organisations, certification processes, and audits
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and other digital systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a positive, can-do attitude
Key responsibilities:
Support day-to-day administration of training programmes and learner records
Liaise with awarding bodies and ensure compliance with certification and regulatory requirements
Assist in preparing for audits and maintaining quality assurance documentation
Provide general administrative support to the wider team
