What you’ll be doing Provide outstanding support to our customers via phone, email, LiveChat, and online portals. Take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally. Collaborate with colleagues across teams to find the best solutions. Spot opportunities to improve customer experiences and suggest ways to make things better. Work in a high-performing, supportive team where learning and growth are encouraged. What do you need to be great at this role? A passion for delivering great customer service – no experience needed, just a willingness to learn Strong communication skills – you’ll be speaking, listening, and writing with confidence.
