We are recruiting for a Resourcing Business Partner to drive the strategy for attracting and selecting top talent.
As a Resourcing Business Partner for Emerging Talent, you will lead the recruitment of trainees and oversee the recruitment of apprentices and school work experience programs. You will manage a team of recruitment specialists and a coordinator. Your role will be commercially focused, ensuring alignment with the firm's business objectives.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies for attracting emerging talent, coordinate external and internal events including university law fairs, presentations, workshops etc.
* Collaborate with the Marketing team to produce social media campaigns and materials.
* Build relationships with educational institutions.
* Review applications, organise assessment centres, and participate in interviews.
* Monitor and report on success of recruitment campaigns, make data driven decisions.
* Manage the resourcing budget in consultation with the Senior Resourcing Manager and Head of Resourcing.
* Promote inclusivity in recruitment activities and contribute to social mobility initiatives.
* Provide leadership and support to your team of three, set goals, and conduct regular performance reviews.
What We Need From You:
* Proven experience in recruitment, particularly for graduate and apprentice programs.
* Line management experience.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
* Commercial focus and strategic thinking.
* Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.
* Willingness to travel and work outside core office hours as required.
