We are currently looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our team in Hattersley, (SK14 3QU). This is a full time role on site, 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing office reception
* Answering the phone/door/taking deliveries
* Booking/organising meeting rooms on request
* Conducting office inductions
* Ordering office stationery and supplies
* Opening/sorting and franking post
* Conducting various PPM tasks (water monitoring, fire alarm testing, office inspections etc)
* Organising office repairs/maintenance works
* Various other office-related tasks
Person Specification:
* Proficient with all Microsoft packages, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
* Highly Organised
* Versatile with a can-do attitude
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to multi-task
