If you have sales experience and enjoy putting the customer at the heart of what you do, then read on About your new role: In this position, you’ll work closely with the rest of the holiday sales team to ensure our customers have the best service possible when buying their dream holiday You'll be based in our Rotherham Head Office Contact Centre (S60 2XR), working on site and as part of a team where everyone knows your name You'll have the support of an experienced Team leader and you'll be handling a mixture of inbound and outbound calls with customers who have either enquired with us or are existing customers. Our training is second to none so previous experience working in travel is not necessary, just a desire to sell the right holiday to the right customer – and let’s face it, holidays are much better than technology or energy bills You'll work an average of 37.5 hours a week on a rota basis across our Customer Contact Centre opening hours (Mon - Fri 9am - 8pm, Sat 9am - 5pm and Sun 10am - 4pm). Part time and weekend working are also welcomed to apply Your Key Responsibilities: Making and taking sales calls, and actively listening to and understanding customer requirements. Reaching out to existing and previous customers, offering great packages for their next holiday. Identifying the customers’ needs through effective questioning and selecting appropriate products to match the customer requirements or resolve their queries. Consistently demonstrating a strong focus and drive to achieve sales targets. Working as part of the sales team to meet team goals, as well as working independently to handle and manage workloads. Increase customer loyalty, delivering customer satisfaction, delivering consistent and professional communications. Demonstrating up to date product and brand knowledge while having in depth knowledge relating to our portfolio of destinations and supplier products. About You? To be a great fit for our team, you'll be the following: A friendly, outgoing person who enjoys speaking to others and understanding customer needs. A great listener. Comfortable with using computer and telephone systems. Someone with good quality sales experience and who understands the importance of effective sales qualification. Some who is able to commute to our Rotherham Head Office site (this is an office based role).
