Key Account Manager - Middle East Market.
Millennium Hotels and Resorts Europe are looking for Key Account Manager - Middle East Market. Based in our London Central Sales Office you'll work to establish relationships with Embassies, Government offices, booking agents, including DMCs, family offices both in the UK and in the GCC
As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for securing new business for our portfolio and increasing business from existing accounts to grow our business from the Middle East.

Key Account Manager key responsibilities:
* To penetrate the Middle East market for the Millennium Hotels Resorts portfolio in the UK and Europe and build on existing accounts in the UK for official delegations, business, leisure, family and extended stays
* and generate long stay leisure business
* To work with the Vice President Sales and Marketing UK and Europe to create and implement a sales strategy in accordance with revenue budgets
* To understand and identify potential changes in the market in a timely manner and pivot to ensure that revised strategies are quickly in place in order to stimulate alternative demand channels
* To work closely with the on-property Reservations Teams to ensure all requests are dealt with in a timely manner and are presented with creativity and imagination
* Have a very strong knowledge of hotel operations and be hands on for VIP arrivals, delegations and throughout high-profile stays
* Attend sales missions, networking events, trade shows and exhibitions as require
* To agree with the Director of Leisure Sale annual personal business objectives and to set monthly objectives for accounts to be reviewed monthly (Local, National and International accounts).
* To keep up to date with market trends, competitor developments and customer performance and communicate this information to the relevant individuals within the Hotel and M&C organisation
Director of Middle East will have:
* An extensive network of contacts and relationships within the Middle East market
* High organisation skill and ability to work both autonomously and part of a team
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A self-motivated, driven, results-orientated and proactive attitude is required.
