About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic leader to head our Solutions Architecture team. This team plays a critical role in supporting both pre-sales and post-sales processes, acting as the primary point of contact for managing technical relationships with clients. Collaborating closely with our Sales and Commercial teams, this role supports the sale and implementation of our products for clients worldwide. Key responsibilities include: Leading a team of Solutions Architects who effectively communicate OIA solutions, ensuring a strong focus on solving client challenges. Acting as the primary technical contact for OIA clients, providing strategic guidance and support. Playing a key role in shaping how clients perceive our product, directly impacting its adoption and success. Pre-Sales Responsibilities Partnering with the Sales and Commercial teams to present and showcase products and solutions to clients. Understanding client business requirements and shaping our offering to meet their needs as effectively as possible. Acting as the voice of the client in discussions with our Product teams, representing their use cases, feature requests, and requirements. Engaging with clients through site visits, interviews, and data analysis to gain insights into their workflows and identify opportunities for our solutions. Post-Sales Responsibilities Owning the client’s end-to-end product roadmap in collaboration with Product, ensuring Sales and Commercial teams are fully informed on upcoming feature launches and deliveries. Supporting clients with the implementation of new features and advising on integration with their systems. Working with Product teams to develop documentation and technical guidance to ensure the success of client integrations. Clients: This role serves companies looking to purchase ASRS machines and other MHE solutions. What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership experience in solutions architecture within technology companies delivering successful MHE/Robotics/Warehouse solutions. Strong track record in managing client needs and requirements. Extensive knowledge of automated warehouse environments, including Commerce, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Planning, and/or Final Mile systems. Ability to quickly understand and explain complex technical subjects and technologies. Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills. Strong negotiation and influencing abilities. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively across internal and external teams. Adaptability to different stakeholders, clients, and situations. Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong commercial awareness.
