Finning is the world's largest Caterpillar dealer. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and innovative solutions. We are looking for a proactive HR Advisor to join our team on a 9-month fixed term contract.
The HR Advisor will provide expert HR advice and play a pivotal role in managing ER matters and ensuring fairness and consistency in line with our People policies and employment legislation.
Provide professional and expert advice/guidance to employees and leaders in accordance with People policies, processes, and procedures.
Provide proactive advice, support and guidance on varied employee relations matters including investigations, suspension, disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, performance issues, drugs and alcohol testing, absence management, capability situations, settlement agreements and contractual changes.
Work in collaboration with the Centres of Excellence, such as recruitment, reward, and learning and development, to provide a seamless, supportive, and proactive service to the business.
Collaborate with internal customers and service providers to deliver timely and efficient HR services.
Identify opportunities to improve and develop policies and procedures in line with employment law changes and best practices.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to successfully implement policy changes that support business objectives.
