Introduction
The Headmaster and Governors are seeking to appoint an inspirational teacher of Modern Foreign Languages who will significantly support the development of the department at Cransley School.
The successful candidate will carry out the professional duties of a school teacher as set out in the current Teachers’ Standards.
The candidate will teach mainly French as a core role (0.5) to predominantly KS3 & 4 over 4 days (Monday-Thursday and mainly mornings for 2025-6)

Personal Specification
The ideal candidate would have the following key skills, experience and attributes:
Qualifications and Experience
* A good degree, with teaching qualification.
* Evidence of experience in teaching Modern Foreign Languages and the French GCSE curriculum (Cransley School currently teaches the AQA GCSE specification)
* Good understanding and knowledge of current educational issues for the 11 – 16 age group.
