Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Administration Manager. As the primary point of contact for our B2C and B2B clientele, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing order-related issues, and handling inquiries. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Communication:
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and text.
* Manage and resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, and product inquiries.
* Provide product information and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
1. Order Management:
* Process and track customer orders from placement to delivery.
* Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
* Address and resolve any issues related to order processing.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
* Gather feedback from customers and report insights to the wider business for continuous improvement.
3. Finance Administration:
* Ensuring routine finance tasks are completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
* Tasks include:
o Sales delivery review and invoice processing
o Customer receipt input & allocation
o Ordering office stationery & other supplies
4. Reporting and Documentation:
* Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in a systematic manner.
* Prepare regular reports on customer service metrics and sales performance.
* Communicate trends, challenges, and opportunities to the broader team.
5. Process Improvement:
* Identify areas for process improvement in workflows.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements that streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.
Experience:
* Previous experience in both B2B and B2C industry. Familiarity with meat wholesale or food industry operations is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
* Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
* Can do attitude and ability to take on a challenge.
* Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
