Contract - 3 months (Potential extension to 12 months)
Salary - GBP14.37
Hybrid role - 2-3 days in office per week (Flexible)

My client is a global manufacturing company who is now looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team.
Your responsibilities in the role
This is a support role where you will be following defined procedures set out by the company and supporting the department/individual. You may also be working on special projects within the company. Duties include:
* Filing
* Typing
* Answering phones/email
* Scheduling
* Record keeping
* Coordinating meetings and conferences
* Obtaining supplies and/or distributing/sorting mail
* Bookings
* Invoicing

* SAP (Not Essential)
* Well organised
* Lotus Notes
* MS Office
* Excellent communication skills
